If anything SME’s are often the easy wins for cyber criminals. While infiltrating a global company like ‘HSBC’ or ‘British Airways’ may take several months and teams of highly skilled hackers. Smaller businesses often leave harmful gaps in their security armour, meaning bad actors can simply ‘walk right in’. \n\n[/cs_content_seo][/cs_element_column][/cs_element_row][/cs_element_section][cs_element_section _id=”66″ ][cs_element_row _id=”67″ ][cs_element_column _id=”68″ ][cs_element_button _id=”69″ ][cs_content_seo]Find out more: Cyber Breach Readiness and Investigation Service\n\n[/cs_content_seo][/cs_element_column][/cs_element_row][/cs_element_section][cs_element_section _id=”70″ ][cs_element_row _id=”71″ ][cs_element_column _id=”72″ ][x_custom_headline level=”h2″ accent=”false”]Has GDPR changed the way we think about data protection and security?[/x_custom_headline][/cs_element_column][/cs_element_row][/cs_element_section][cs_element_section _id=”74″ ][cs_element_row _id=”75″ ][cs_element_column _id=”76″ ][cs_element_text _id=”77″ ][cs_content_seo]As we all know, back in May 2018 the General Data Protection Regulation was finally introduced. It is now almost 8 months since the dreaded GDPR deadline, but has it really changed the way we think about data protection and security? The constant ‘Mega Breaches’ in the press suggest a very different story. The question is with GDPR now in full swing, how are tech giants like Facebook still failing to implement sufficient security measures?\n\n[/cs_content_seo][/cs_element_column][cs_element_column _id=”78″ ][cs_element_image _id=”79″ ][/cs_element_column][/cs_element_row][/cs_element_section][cs_element_section _id=”80″ ][cs_element_row _id=”81″ ][cs_element_column _id=”82″ ][cs_element_text _id=”83″ ][cs_content_seo]Since the introduction of GDPR  we have noticed a huge surge in businesses seeking support post cyber-attack. Whether you are seeking post-breach support or would simply like to prepare for the worst case scenario, we offer a Cyber Breach Readiness and Investigation Service. This can help identify how the malware entered the network, what devices it has affected and where your gaps in protection are. We can also help build a tailored incident response plan.\n\n[/cs_content_seo][/cs_element_column][/cs_element_row][/cs_element_section][cs_element_section _id=”84″ ][cs_element_row _id=”85″ ][cs_element_column _id=”86″ ][cs_element_button _id=”87″ ][cs_content_seo]BLOG: Are SME’s vulnerable to cyber attacks\n\n[/cs_content_seo][/cs_element_column][/cs_element_row][/cs_element_section][cs_element_section _id=”88″ ][cs_element_row _id=”89″ ][cs_element_column _id=”90″ ][x_prompt type=”left” title=”Speak to an expert!” message=”If you would like to chat to a member of our team you can either call us on 0121 663 0055 or click here to head to the contact us page.” button_text=”Click Me!” button_icon=”lightbulb-o” circle=”false” href=”https://equilibrium-security.co.uk/contact-us/” href_title=”” target=””][/cs_element_column][/cs_element_row][/cs_element_section][/cs_content]
