Equilibrium was founded in September 2012 with a burning desire to challenge the status quo in Cyber Security. Many large enterprises were neglecting the personalised protection that customers truly deserved, and I knew there had to be a better way.

Marketing and Operations Manager
Amelia heads up Equilibrium’s Marketing and Operations team. She currently specialises in strategic marketing, SEO, social media and website design, as well as all things sales and operations! Amelia loves working in an environment where you are encouraged to share ideas, get involved in strategic decision making and learn about all different aspects of running a business.
Will Tams
Cyber Security Consultant
Will’s role is to find the right solutions to help protect organisations from cyber threats whether that is security testing, solution implementation or simply advice. He has worked in the industry for 17 years, but Cyber Security is the area of IT that really brings out the geeky kid in him! Will enjoys being able to make a real difference by helping companies protect themselves from developing threats.
Jacob Ward
Cyber Security Engineer
Jacob takes an active role in the implementation, testing and maintenance of our customers security architectures. His hobbies include gaming, baking and horticulture. As the cyber-threat landscape is ever-changing – Jacob most appreciates Equilibrium’s strong focus on continuous professional development.
Neil Buckley
Cyber Security Consultant
Neil’s’ role is to understand organisations and their diverse Cyber Security challenges. He has worked in the industry for over 5 years, and he loves the ever-evolving nature of cyber! Neil enjoys being able to understand how organisations approach Cyber Security by supporting them in protecting their users and data.
Mohika Gupta
Penetration Tester
Mohika is an experienced security consultant and skilled penetration tester. Equilibrium’s straightforward attitude to delivering the best services to customers is what attracted Mohika to join us. She is excited to use her experience in penetration testing, incident response and purple teaming to provide great security services to our customers. In her spare time, Mohika enjoys learning how to dance and crocheting.
Jack Macdonald
Penetration Tester
Jack joined Equilibrium to further build his knowledge and skills in Cyber Security, with a specific focus on penetration testing. Jack has previous experience has involved Service Desk, IT support, Server Admin, Vulnerability Management and Penetration Testing. Jack loves working with the dedicated, collaborative and very knowledgeable team here at Equilibrium.

Business Development Associate
Meet Helen, the Business Development Associate at Equilibrium. Helen excels in fostering vital partnerships, spotting new business prospects, and tailoring strategies for success. Equilibrium encapsulates the spirit of this company, and this is what attracted her to the role – the sense of balance. There is no hard sell here, just a collaborative team with respectable values and work ethic.
Rachel Bayley
Project Administrator
Rachel joined Equilibrium to widen her PMO skills and learn about the Cyber Security world! Rachel’s role is to help co-ordinate Equilibrium’s projects to ensure our customers receive a smooth service with us. In Rachel’s spare time she enjoys going to the gym and reading a good book with a coffee.
Marketing Assistant
Lucy assists the with the marketing for Equilibrium and specialises in digital marketing, has a passion for content creation and email marketing. Lucy enjoys keeping up with current trends to make sure she’s always one step ahead. In her spare time, you will see Lucy at the gym or trying to learn more pasta dishes, because you can never have enough pasta!
Eve Ashton
Junior Cyber Security Penetration Tester
Eve, an aspiring Penetration Tester who is currently studying for her Masters in Computer Science, is passionate about Cyber Security and enthusiastic about honing her skills at Equilibrium. Besides testing, she engages in service development, enjoying the diverse opportunities offered. In Eve’s spare time she enjoys painting, crafts, and watching movies.
