The story behind the security experts
Equilibrium was founded in September 2012 with a desire to challenge the status quo in Cyber Security. Many large enterprises were neglecting the personalised protection that customers truly deserved, and I knew there had to be a better way.
In an industry dominated by vendors, Equilibrium took a different path. We embraced a customer-centric approach that quickly gained momentum, earning us a reputation for excellence in the industry.

He brings a clear vision for Omni’s growth in the industry, shaped by hands-on leadership and a long-term approach to building strong, sustainable organisations.

Chief Revenue Officer
Anish is our Chief Revenue Officer, responsible for driving sustainable growth across the business while delivering real value for customers. He works closely with the sales team and customers to understand their needs, shape the right services, and build strong, long-term relationships.
Nish
Director of GRC
Nish has over 14 years’ experience strengthening governance, risk, compliance, and operational resilience. He specialises in ISO 27001, NIST CSF, DORA, NIS2, and GDPR, delivering cyber maturity assessments, security frameworks, and third-party risk programmes. Nish works closely with executive leadership to translate complex requirements into measurable outcomes.

Director of Offensive Services
Louie is a Red Team and security testing expert with over a decade of experience. He leads the offensive security team, ensuring the quality and evolution of our testing services. Passionate about staying current with emerging attack techniques, Louie helps keep our services and team sharp, while contributing to the development of our platforms and offerings.
Amelia
Head Of Marketing
Amelia leads Equilibrium’s Marketing team. She loves getting to know customers, spotting trends and keeping an eye on the competitive landscape to help the business grow. Most of all, she enjoys being part of a team where ideas are shared, decisions are made together, and there’s always something new to learn.

Amait is Head of Cyber Essentials, leading the Cyber Essentials audit team and working closely with IASME to uphold the standard. With expertise in Cyber Essentials and ISO 27001, he drives effective Cyber Security strategies and supports clients as a vCISO, embedding strong information security practices across organisations.

Operations Manager
Lisa is our Operations Manager, where organisation is second nature and spreadsheets are a source of joy rather than fear. She plays a central role in keeping everything running smoothly, from organising projects and managing schedules to overseeing financial performance and digital transformation. Her attention to detail helps ensure the business runs like clockwork.

Operations Executive
Rachel joined Equilibrium to widen her PMO skills and learn about the Cyber Security world! Rachel’s role is to help co-ordinate Equilibrium’s projects to ensure our customers receive a smooth service with us. In Rachel’s spare time she enjoys going to the gym and reading a good book with a coffee.
Marketing Executive
Lucy assists the with the marketing for Equilibrium and specialises in digital marketing, has a passion for content creation and email marketing. Lucy enjoys keeping up with current trends to make sure she’s always one step ahead. In her spare time, you will see Lucy at the gym or trying to learn more pasta dishes, because you can never have enough pasta!

Eve is an aspiring penetration tester, passionate about Cyber Security and loves contributing to the wide variety of services offered at Equilibrium. Whether that be ongoing service development, our Cyber Awareness Programmes or Brand Monitoring and OSINT service. In Eve’s spare time she enjoys painting, crafts and watching movies.

Rinay supports clients in achieving Cyber Essentials Self-Assessment and Plus certification. He enjoys helping organisations strengthen their security posture. He works closely with people-first teams and plays a part in building a positive, organisation-wide security culture, while valuing the flexibility of working from home.

Warren is a Lead Penetration Tester specialising in red teaming and adversary emulation. He leads one of the red teams, helping organisations better understand real-world security risks through hands-on attack simulations. Warren is driven by technical challenges and takes particular satisfaction in finding creative ways to bypass modern security controls.

Penetration Tester
Chris is a Penetration Tester, working across mobile and web applications, social engineering, and internal network assessments. He has a particular interest in mobile security and social engineering and enjoys uncovering vulnerabilities through realistic attack simulations. Chris values a collaborative environment and is motivated by the constant learning the role provides.

Alex is a Senior Information Security Consultant specialising in Governance, Risk, and Compliance. He works closely with clients to understand their security posture and achieve compliance with frameworks such as ISO 27001, ISO 22301, the NIST Cybersecurity Framework, and GDPR. Yasser is an AI Advisor, supporting leadership on AI strategy and the application of machine learning across Cyber Security and risk services. He brings a strong background in applied AI and explainable systems, focused on making advanced AI useful in real-world settings. What Yasser enjoys most about his role are the people, their experiences and stories, as well as the conversations around emerging technologies.

Jack is a Lead Penetration Tester with a broad role covering engagement scoping, sales support, quality assurance, and line management. He helps develop the team’s technical capability while staying hands-on across a range of testing. Jack particularly enjoys Red Team and social engineering work, using realistic scenarios to help organisations identify and address genuine security weaknesses.

Kyle is a Penetration Tester, working across external, internal, and web environments to help organisations better understand real-world security risks. Jacob is a Cyber Essentials and Cyber Essentials Plus Assessor who helps businesses achieve and maintain compliance. He has a strong understanding of the certification process and works closely with our customers to guide them through each stage, building trusted relationships that support ongoing compliance and best practice for the long term.

Sam is a Penetration Tester who works closely with organisations to help them understand and improve their security. Gurnak is part of the Cyber Essentials team, working as an Assessor and Cyber Essentials Plus Auditor. He works closely with clients to clearly explain certification requirements and guide them through the process to achieve compliance. Gurnak enjoys helping organisations become more cyber secure and values the supportive, collaborative team he works alongside.

Jack joined Equilibrium to further build his knowledge and skills in Cyber Security, with a specific focus on penetration testing. Jack has previous experience has involved Service Desk, IT support, Server Admin, Vulnerability Management and Penetration Testing. Jack loves working with the dedicated, collaborative and very knowledgeable team here at Equilibrium.
